Javier Revert is a part of the new wave of young Spanish winemakers championing indigenous grape varieties and traditional winemaking. ‘Simeta’ is just that. Produced from 50-year-old vines of the extremely rare local variety, Arcos, and grown amongst olive trees and garrigue herbs, this Valencian red has all the Mediterranean vibes - aromatic herbs, spices, red fruit and violets. Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
