Corpinnat essentially denotes a higher echelon of Cava quality. All indigenous varieties, within a tight delineated area - much more historic than the wider Cava DO. Production is minimalist, vineyard practises stringent and the cellar is a sight to behold. Recaredo Subtil is made exclusively with Xarel-lo grapes from Recaredo’s Serral del Roure estate. Farmed biodynamically. It's complex, energising, and a textural delight.
