This Santorini white blend is made primarily from the region’s flagship grape, Assyrtiko, with a small proportion of Athiri and Aidani. This vibrant white is has notes of zesty lemon, grapefruit peel, and white flowers. Light-bodied and crisp with zippy acidity and minerality. Lively and energetic! -Jennifer Bui
