Greywacke is owned and operated by Kevin Judd, the former winemaker at New Zealand’s famed Cloudy Bay. Founded in 2009, The name comes from the greywacke rock (smooth grey river stones) found in New Zealand. Gorgeous as a current vintage release, this is a special bottle of Pinot from the 2012 vintage that was held at the cellar to achieve its optimal potential just released this year, and it’s stunning. And we believe it’ll continue to develop with additional age. Balance, power, finesse. A new NZ classic.
