Valentino and his four children Domenico, Maria, Andrea and Carlo lead the estate with good farming at the core of their values and approach to wine. They had the patience to age this wine for about six years, and their patience is rewarded by this incredibly balanced and elegant wine from a grape that is often rough and brutish. Organics, biodynamic, unfiltered, unfined – you could say it's a natural wine – we just say it's very good wine.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
