The bodega was founded in 1989 and has been passed down to siblings Pilar and Carmelo. They are joined by winemaker Carlos Sanchez. Favouring freshness and purity of fruit is a departure from the oak-heavy classic wines of the region. Tropical fruit but really lifted and acid-driven, not sticky. White flowers, stony dryness, lip-smacking finish.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
