This is the sparkling wine that other sparkling wines dream about when they go to sleep at night. The inviting nose is lemon curd and ripe granny smith apple. The palate is focused, with a touch of yeasty brioche and cool stone. The bubbles envelop your mouth and the acidity gets you salivating and wanting more. First time I opened this bottle, I paired it with Apple Pie. It was mind-blowing. Highly recommend.
