The name do.t.e. stands for ‘down to earth’, reflecting his mission statement to produce wine without the use of chemical substances in either the vineyard or cellar. An orange wine from Viognier? Yes please. This Viognier spends 5 days on the skins with notes of apricots, peaches, and vanilla. Prickly acid and clean minerality drives throughout.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
