Gulp Hablo by Parra Jiménez Brothers - La Mancha, Spain

Sustainably Crafted, Gulpably Delicious.

The Parra Jimenez Brothers — Francisco, Javier, and Luis — are trailblazers of organic wine production in the Castilla La Mancha region of Spain, which had initially been slower to adopt ecological agriculture compared to the rest of Western Europe.

They have created a self-sustaining ecosystem for their winery through crop diversity, livestock integration and food recycling. Today, Bodegas Parra Jimenez stands as one of the largest certified organic vineyards in Europe. With a steadfast dedication to sustainable farming, the brothers have gone a step beyond by transitioning their vineyards to align with biodynamic principles and low intervention techniques.

La Mancha by the litre! The name, 'Gulp Hablo' is a play on words for 'Gulpable' – drink half the bottle and you’ll get it! These highly quaffable wines are organically farmed, certified biodynamic, and fermented with native yeast. They are a true celebration of the Parra Jimenez brothers’ commitment and passion to the land.
