Sauvignon Blanc descending from historic Chateau Yquem cuttings brought to California in the 1870’s. This property has been in the Wente family since the 1930’s. Aged in stainless steel the wine is fresh and vibrant, and wildly tropical. The Wente family recommends pairing this wine with Oysters or Chips and Guac!
