'GSM' is the acronym for Grenache, Syrah (or in this case Shiraz), and Mourvèdre (or in this case Mataro) and is the classic blend found in world-famous wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Torbreck uses old vines across multiple red-earthed Barossa plots. Dark and brooding, this wine will continue to evolve in the glass. Showing off with flavours of ripe blackberries and spice wrapped in silken texture and complemented by generous tannins. Pair with Red Meat, a fireplace and a bearskin rug. 59% Grenache, 19% Shiraz, 22% Mataro.
