Ben Walgate of Tillingham Wines has taken centre stage as England's premier producer of natural wines. Here you have separate lots of the individual varieties ambiently fermented (no added yeasts) and carefully blended in harmony. A touch of sweetness is added at bottling, to be re-fermented under a crown cap into a textural Pet-Nat sparkling wine that simply delights. This bottle has not been filtered, fined, or disgorged, and boasts minimal added sulphur. Crushable English juice. 43% Pinot Noir, 29% Auxerrois, 22% Chardonnay, 6% Pinot Meunier.

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange a weekend delivery, subject to a surcharge.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
