Ribolla Gialla is consistently one of the most surprising, food-friendly, and dynamic white grapes you've never heard of. Pure freshness, with yellow apple, blanched almonds, and lemon blossom make this one of the great values for crisp white wines on the site. There's a slight salted melon note hidden in the mid palate, which would stand up to a grilled pork chop just as easily as a delicately poached piece of flaky fish.
