Get a Gyro. Do it! Do it now! The team at Kotsifali are a delight, producing wines from native varieties like this one - Kotsifali! Light enough for grilled veggies, but I would also venture out with lamb, or pork with a heavy hit of fresh herbs. I'm tasting it again now, without food, and I'm a very happy camper. Definitely Mediterranean.
