Les Jardins de Theseiis is an emerging superstar within the Loire, and the project takes its name from the tiny Village outside of which the vineyards lay. Producing a tiny amount of wine biodynamically with a focus on purity of terroir and clean, responsible farming.
Serious Sauvignon here. Used burgundy barrels come into play here, yielding a softer texture, but it's ultimately fresh, zippy, with a mineral edge. Complex stuff – a wonderful natural expression of the Loire.
