I often judge the quality and skill of a winemaker by their cheapest bottle - and I think that's especially important with Burgundy. And we've got a winner here, a single vineyard Aligoté, that showcases the deft hand of Romaric, of the well-established Chavy wine family started at Wine School at the age of 12, before working as an apprentice for his godfather François Mikulski in Meursault. He followed this with stints working in South Africa, Spain, Greece and the Languedoc before taking over from his father Hubert at just 22 years of age. Pair this one with fried appetisers, cold seafood, and soft cheeses.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
