Fresh yellow apples, lemon blossom, and white peach candy make this a funky, patio pounder of a wine with a very sessionable alcohol level of 11%. Beeswax-lined clay Amphora ageing lends a silky mouthfeel to the finish. Drink this wine with a seafood tower and impress both your Mom and your Shoreditch friends! As far as responsible farming and winemaking go, Aphros exceeds the norm, making wines in the same way they were made in the region two hundred years ago.
